Very well maintained and much loved 2005 Tiara Sovran 3600. This owner keeps her ready in clean, live aboard condition. She is a nice example of a well-built yacht with proper attention to her upkeep. The exterior is shiny, the vinyl has been replaced in the last few years. She looks great from the dock.
The inside is clean and fresh. Teak walls, floors, and cabinetry welcome you down below with an ageless warmth and robust build not seen in newer yachts; an art Tiara perfected in the Sovran line. There is plenty of room for guests at the spacious companion L-lounge and the captain will sit comfortably at the custom adjustable helm seat. Below decks the Sovran 3600 displays the finest in custom cabinetry. The spacious interior provides plenty of elbowroom and all the comfort you need for those long weekends and extended trips. The forward master stateroom features a queen size pedestal berth with inner spring mattress, lots of storage and built-in flat panel television.
Cockpit
Walking up to Hi-Ho, you are greeted to a versitile, well-built boat. Designed as a versitile sport yacht, the 3600 Tiara focusses on the importance of the cockpit for enjoyment and utility. Her high freeboard conveys security and comfort. Seating all around the aft cockpit with a folding aft bench to give more space for fishing and entertainment.
The vinyl has been replaced back here in the last couple of years; it's in very nice condition(although the aft bolster needs a touch of attention).
Up a couple of steps, the upper cockpit keeps the design theme for entertainment and control. Sepatating the two cockpits is the Isinglass enclosure to keep the air conditioning inside the upper helm. To port is an extra large L-shaped bench with a removable section forward for more versatility. To starboard behind the helm is the Wet bar with refrigerator.

Salon
Coming through the large entry doorway, you enter into a teak filled salon. Tiara's focus on yachting tradition shines here. Well-kept and clean, the salon is large for a 36 footer. The space is open and warm with tall ceilings, soft couches, and portholes to bring light in keeping the salon open and airy. When it's time to be down below, this is a happy place to end the day or escape the day's heat.

A well laid out engineering space. Entry is through the large hydraulic hatch opening the entire engine room. First impression is a clean area that has been well tended to by a knowledgeable owner. Hull and Deck
Big, safe walk arounds surround the deckhouse and extend to the bow. Tall railings all around with grab rails on the deck house makes access safe. The foredeck has a very nice sunpad area. Windalss controls for the anchor are on the deck and at the helm. Tiara nonskid is deep and adds to the security afoot.

Dinghy
Offered with Hi-Ho is the tender dinghy. A Zodiac Zoom 310 S inflatable rigid floor tender. Partnered with a Mercury 9.9 HP 2 stroke. The flat, soft bottom rests on the swim platform. Light enough to muscle on and off the platform. Strong enough to carry passengers and supplies, as needed. This dinghy is offered with the sale.
